My name is Richard Smith and here's a little bit about my carnivore journey. I was once clinically obese, type 2 diabetic, I suffered with daily debilitating migraines that would make me blind. When does the challenge start?
Each cohort starts on the 1st of the month. The cut off time to register is the first Saturday of the month.
But, you are welcome to register any time and your place will be reserved for the following month.
What will I eat on the Carnivore Diet?
Meat, eggs, salt and water only. Any kind of meat is fine. No coffee, no artificial sweeteners and no supplements required.
When are the weekly Q&As held?
The weekly Q&As with Dr. Chaffee are generally held over the weekend on Saturday afternoon (US time) / Sunday morning (Aus time). We also host one call per month at a time convenient for those in the UK and Europe.
What if I can't make the weekly Q&As?
The weekly live calls are recorded so you can watch them any time that suits you.
Do I need Facebook?
Nope, you do not need Facebook. The Carnivore Challenge takes place on a private platform called Skool. There is a Facebook group for past participants so you can stay in touch with people after the challenge is over but it is not compulsory.
Do I need to exercise?
You don't need to exercise but as you start to get healthier and have more energy you will want to exercise more. When it comes to exercise, I recommend resistance training and getting outside in the fresh air.
