- Eggs: Consume eggs if well-tolerated, focusing on the yolks, which are nutrient-dense.
- Salt and Water: Season food to taste with salt and hydrate with water; additional supplements are unnecessary unless you have known nutrient deficiencies.
Dr. Chaffee advises against consuming all plant-based foods, sugars, artificial sweeteners, and anything artificial, as these are causing our modern health issues.

I have type 1 diabetes, and sometimes need to eat sugar if my blood sugar goes low from injected insulin, can you help me with this?
